A short introduction to my work and the region
Siming Wang
I am a PRC-qualified lawyer based in Guangdong, working principally across Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou.
My work focuses on helping international and internationally oriented businesses, founders and professionals build sound relationships, structure transactions, manage ongoing legal needs and resolve disputes. I also advise international residents on selected legal matters arising from their work and life in the region.
At a time of growing international uncertainty, I believe durable cooperation is often built from the ground up—between individuals, businesses and professional communities. My role is to help worthwhile relationships take shape, operate clearly and remain resilient when difficulties arise.
My legal education in China, international dispute settlement studies in Geneva and experience in commercial disputes help me work across different legal and business contexts.
